AUCTION - Styx Grand Illusion - Alton Kelley Double Signed - 1977 Promo Poster - Excellent

Offered here for auction is an A&M Records promotional poster for Styx and their Grand Illusion LP. The artwork is by none other than the late, great Alton Kelley. The album came out in 1977 and it was an absolute blockbuster worldwide. Kelley shows off his magnificent ability and crafted a masterpiece in the process. Alton Kelley created a slew of amazing album covers, especially in the 1970s. Far too many to name. A remarkable body of work, both in collaboration and all by himself. As an extra treat, Alton Kelley has hand-signed this poster in silver ink on the front and in pen to his wife, Marguerite on the back! This piece comes from Alton Kelly's personal collection. This rather large A&M Records promotional poster measures 24" x 35 1/2" and is in Excellent condition, with an edge tear at the upper right, along with some edge wear and light handling due to its size.
