Here is an original concert poster from the San Diego Community Concourse Convention Hall. The show was a Winterland production (Bill Graham) and the headliner was Laura Nyro. The show also introduced a very young Jackson Browne. Artwork and design is by the formidable Randy Tuten, a Bill Graham stalwart and regular contributor. Simple, strong, and striking, with visibility in mind. Has a great photo of Laura Nyro, too. Printed by Tea Lautrec Litho, the piece is featured in the Art of Rock book on page 374, plate 4.128. The poster measures 14 1/4" x 21 5/8". It is in very good condition, with single pin holes in each corner, and extensive handling across the top, especially through the word "Laura", edgewear, corner bends, and handling. This is a very early appearance by Jackson Browne. Very early.
