What a stunning psychedelic piece this is! Here we have an uncut sheet, consisting of one poster and six postcards, second printing, of David Edward Byrd's ultra-iconic Jimi Hendrix poster from 1968. This uncut sheet was produced in 1988, on the twentieth anniversary of the shows, with artist David Byrd fully on board. He has hand-signed and hand-numbered (this one is #2/14) the sheet along the poster's bottom. Additionally, he wrote 1968 - 1988 on the poster's bottom right. This image is featured in the Art of Rock book on page 157, plate 2.90. Moreover, Byrd has handwritten on the white portion of the uncut sheet a list of all the colors for each plate. A truly impressive piece, which measures 23" x 35". This color progression twentieth anniversary signed and numbered very limited edition uncut sheet is in Near Mint condition.
