AUCTION - Jazz - Miles Davis - 1970 Benefit Concert Poster - Frost Amphitheater Stanford - Near Mint

OK. How many of these still exist? This is only the second one we have seen in thirty years. Here is the great Miles  Davis performing at the Frost Amphitheater on the Stanford University campus. Also on the bill is Cold Blood and Victoria. The date is July 12th, 1970, just three months after Miles played with the Grateful Dead at the Fillmore West. The artwork is by Jake Pierre, who also did the art for BG 270 in the Fillmore Series. Very scarce original Jazz poster, which measures 11” x 17”. In near mint condition, with only a bit of edge wear and light bending. Also a tiny stain at the bottom right edge. Find another
